• Account information: Your email address, which is collected during registration and managed through Supabase, our authentication provider.
• Payment information: Payment details such as card number and billing address are collected and processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Uploaded files: Images, videos, and PDFs that you upload for watermark removal processing.
• Usage data: Information about how you use the Service, including processing counts and subscription status.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service.
• To process your uploaded files for watermark removal.
• To manage your account, subscription, and billing through Stripe.
• To communicate with you about your account or the Service.
• To enforce our Terms of Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. File Processing and Storage

Files you upload are processed by our AI models for watermark removal. We do not permanently store your uploaded files. Files are held temporarily during processing and are not retained after you download your results. We do not use your uploaded content for training AI models or for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate SoraClear:

• Stripe: Handles all payment processing and billing. Stripe collects and stores your payment information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. We only receive limited information from Stripe such as subscription status and customer ID.
• Supabase: Handles user authentication and account data storage. Your email and account information are stored securely through Supabase in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share your data with the third-party service providers listed above, and only to the extent necessary to operate the Service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Cookies

We use cookies strictly for authentication and session management purposes. These are essential cookies required for the Service to function. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or analytics cookies that track you across other websites.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
